Sales Overview

Sales Process:

  1. Lead Reception:

    • Receive sales leads from Angie's Leads, Angie's Ads, Thryv, or GoHighLevel within Trello.

  2. Lead Qualification: (You will learn this on Initial Call page)

    • Collect project details from the lead using script.

    • Qualify each lead to determine if it's a project we want to bid on.

    • Soft Estimate:

      1. Based on the lead qualification / information provided by the client, generate and send a soft estimate to gauge their budget and expectations.

      2. If the client is unable to provide sufficient information for a soft estimate, proceed to the next step.

  3. Client Interaction:

    • Schedule Project Manager via calendar and meet with the client at the project site to further understand the requirements or to confirm soft estimate and have client accept.

  4. Initial Documentation:

    • Set up the project in Trello, creating a new board for each project to keep track of the progress and to-dos.

    • Utilize Google Drive for saving any initial documents shared by the client or generated during the meeting.
