Our Contract Proposal (Word) is used to prepare our PDF contract proposal to the client. If there will be a larger AIA contract involved, just remove the terms and conditions pages if needed. Send this in PDF format.

Estimate Spreadsheet

Our Estimate Spreadsheet (Smartsheets) is used in conjunction with the Contract Proposal (Word). It is used to see all of the project costs in one spot, to apply markup, and to see a rollup of profit projection at the bottom. Copy the numbers from the bottom into the proposal.

Pay Application

Our Pay Application (Excel) template is used for monthly progress billings. Send this in PDF format. (Check out the Pay Application Guide under the General section for information on how to complete properly.)
