In this Folder, you will find the information of the ins and outs to building a Metro PCS.

 

We have created the project for this site, and we will assist the dealer with the store buildout:

  • Engage architects to create a store layout

  • National Vendor Orders, Tracking, Execution, and Completion

    • Signage

    • Fixtures

    • Flooring

  • Validation of business/brand standards

Next Steps:

  1. CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY/BUSINESS LICENSE:  First and foremost, you must apply for your certificate of occupancy, business license, permits, etc. Once issued by the city, please send me a copy of the applicable items.

  2. CONSTRUCTION START DATE: Please provide me your tentative construction start date (demolition, painting, etc.)

  3. OPEN DATE:  Once I receive your Pictures and Layout for this site for the Design Team we can work together to schedule opening date.

    • Your open date must be a Friday.

  • Merchandise will always arrive the Monday before that Friday, and someone will have to be at the site to receive it.

  • Please make sure you access MVP for merchandising instructions for Elevate:  https://pcs.rbmfrontline.com/view/login - if you do not know how to log in, please reach out to your AM for instructions.

  • Final Photos of your site will be shared with Senior Leadership, and yes, that includes Jon Freier, so it is important you read these instructions and the attached Elevate guidelines thoroughly.

 
  1. GUIDELINES: Please review the attached New MBTM Elevate Store Design Planning Guidelines.

  2. LAYOUT: Please complete and send the Dealer Elevate Front of House (FOH) Survey Grid Plan (Layout Form). Dealers must submit 100% accurate measurements, including bump-outs and ceiling height, to avoid additional costs.

  3. PHOTOS: Please send me pictures of your store (interior and exterior), including potential signage opportunities. Need this info by 9/30 to be able to open this location this year.
