Communication

Communication is the backbone of our CU Midwest Designs LLC. This is what we are selling to our clients. Our clients are paying us to communicate to subcontractors and the rest of the project team to get the project completed.

Being conscientious of the way we communicate with our words, time, technology or body language will improve the effectiveness of our communication. How we communicate sets the standard for how others will perceive us and the company.

We ALWAYS communicate in all circumstances.

The method and clarity of communication are equally as important as the content you are conveying. Using the wrong method (ie. verbal vs email vs text) can lead to misunderstanding.

We should not use communication with sarcasm, inference, presumption, and the like as these lead to confusion and misrepresentation of information.
